About the Role
Provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care on a designated Medical Surgical Telemetry unit.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Guide unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.
Requirements
- Current Illinois Nursing Licensure.
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- BLS/CPR certification.
Qualifications
Prior nursing or CNA experience preferred, especially for new graduates.
Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork.
- Clinical skills necessary for patient care, collaboration, and leadership in a hospital setting.
Schedule
Full-time night shift with rotating weekends.
