Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical - RN

About the role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in a medical/surgical setting. Perform a variety of nursing duties including patient assessment, medication administration, and assisting with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota
• Experience in medical/surgical settings preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR)
