Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical, Renal Urology, Nights

Role: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities: Maintain standards of practice, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure quality nursing services within organizational policies and procedures. Qualifications: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. New graduates are eligible; hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory.Must hold current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license and BCLS certification. Additional Certifications (depending on specialty): ACLS, PALS, NRP, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, or other specialized credentials. Skills: Professional growth, accountability, ability to coordinate care, adherence to policies, and certification completion within specified timelines.
