About the role
The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain practices in line with organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide direct nursing care, assessing patient needs and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Support and supervise assigned staff to deliver effective care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
- BLS certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree and advanced certifications are preferred.

Schedule
Three 12-hour shifts from 7 pm to 7 am.
