Overview Sign-on bonus available up to $2,500 Responsibilities Responsible for: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. The role includes maintaining practice standards and coordinating care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care. Qualifications Minimum education required: Graduate of a nursing program Minimum Experience Required New graduates eligible; at least one year of hospital nursing experience preferred for PRN roles Licensure/certification Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License; BLS certification required Additional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced certification in specialty areas is a plus
