About the role
This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The staff nurse ensures adherence to organizational policies, demonstrates professional growth and accountability, maintains practice standards, and coordinates patient care activities for assigned staff to deliver high-quality nursing services.
Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible
- Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification required
- PRN positions require at least one year of hospital nursing experience
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Hospital experience
- Advanced certifications in specialty fields
