About the Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. The nurse is responsible for maintaining practice standards and coordinating patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program
• New graduates eligible to apply
• Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
• BLS certification required
• Advanced specialty certification and a bachelor’s degree preferred
• Hospital experience is advantageous
