Role Summary The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They work within organizational policies, demonstrate professional growth, and ensure high standards of practice. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care activities and supervise assigned staff to deliver quality nursing services.Maintain adherence to organizational policies and standards of practice.Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.Implement and evaluate nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible.Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.BLS certification required.Advanced specialty certification and a bachelor’s degree preferred.Hospital nursing experience preferred.
