About the role
The registered nurse position in the Orthopedics department involves delivering safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process and organizational policies. Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process and organizational policies.
- Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate as a full partner in an interdisciplinary team.
- May participate in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Arkansas.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Ability to meet standard care expectations.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
- Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be required depending on the unit.
Qualifications
- New RN graduate or RN in good standing with Arkansas license.
- Ability to apply basic nursing knowledge and skills.

Benefits
- 72-hour bi-weekly work schedule during daytime hours, from 06:30 to 19:00.
