Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Night Shift

Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care, coordinate activities of assigned staff, and maintain practice standards.Demonstrate professional growth, accountability, and adherence to organizational policies.Support exceptional patient outcomes through effective care and teamwork. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Valid RN license in the relevant state, with multistate licensure accepted.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; advanced certifications required per specialty area.Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, or specialty-specific credentials may be necessary depending on the unit.Experience in a hospital setting preferred, but new graduates are eligible.
