The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver tailored nursing care.
• Analyze medical histories, diagnostic results, and current conditions to develop individualized care plans.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments.
• Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for effective care planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 1 year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• BLS certification.
