About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary care team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. They perform the nursing process based on evidence-based standards, ensuring patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity. The role emphasizes collaboration, effective communication, and participation in performance improvement activities. The nurse serves as a preceptor or mentor to support professional development, promotes evidence-based practice, and upholds organizational policies and standards. They proactively plan patient care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum 5 years RN experience required; direct patient care experience preferred
• Licensure: RN (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ARC-BLS, or BLS-Instructor
