Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Full Time

Role Overview Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality. Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in the state or compact license, meeting all licensing requirements. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required based on the unit (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, C-EFM). Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, and to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat during shifts. Key Duties Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Evaluate care effectiveness and collaborate with other departments. Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. Maintain professional standards and organizational values.
