About the Role
As an Experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you’ll use your clinical expertise, critical thinking, and compassionate approach to deliver exceptional care and help improve outcomes for patients and their families. Qualified candidates will be considered for positions that best align with their experience, interests, and organizational needs.
- Functions independently and is accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
- Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
- Delegates tasks appropriately.
- Identifies hospital resources.
- Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
- Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- One or more years of professional RN experience required
