About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient‑centered care and safety. The nurse actively participates in performance improvement initiatives, maintains professional competence, mentors colleagues, and upholds confidentiality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Coordination: Monitor, evaluate, and assist with care plans; deliver safe, effective care; document patient assessments and changes.
• Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Address concerns, educate patients and families, communicate vital information, and promote satisfaction.
• Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, support initiatives to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
• Professional Growth & Leadership: Maintain licenses, pursue training, mentor nurses, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Valid RN license (single or multi‑state compact).
• Current BLS certification.
• Demonstrated skills in patient assessment, communication, teamwork, and professional development.
