Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (Days)

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs in collaboration with the care team. Acts as a primary liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, deliver safe and effective care, and document all interventions. Advocate for patients, address concerns, and serve as an educational resource. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to organizational goals. Leadership and Growth: Foster professional development of self and colleagues through mentorship and ongoing learning. Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, promoting a positive work environment and shared governance principles. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, valid RN license, and current Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications and experience may be preferred.
