Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and understanding of department and organizational workflows
• Ensure optimal patient outcomes through collaboration with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or a registered nurse in good standing licensed in Arkansas
• BSN preferred
• Basic knowledge and skills aligned with the standard of care
• Ability to function as a full partner in an interdisciplinary team
• CPR required; ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be required depending on the unit
• Specialty units provide specific education
• Not participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program
