Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments based on medical conditions
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Provide age-appropriate care and basic self-care activities
• Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans
• Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical services
• Address psychosocial needs and coordinate with social services
• Practice cost-effective resource management
• Prioritize patient care efficiently and promote safety
• Engage in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Computer literacy
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications
