Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical and Obstetrics - Rotating Shifts

Role Overview: Provides direct and indirect patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams to improve outcomes while upholding patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassion to deliver high-quality care, perform treatments, educate patients and families, and prioritize needs. Key Responsibilities Assess patient condition accurately and administer prescribed medications.Deliver age-appropriate care, including self-care activities.Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans.Utilize nursing knowledge for treatments and procedures.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and assist physicians with procedures.Address psychosocial needs and coordinate post-discharge planning.Practice cost-effective resource utilization and promote patient safety.Engage in lifelong learning to maintain professional competence. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Computer literacy.RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications.
