Registered Nurse - Medical Observation Unit - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive patient assessments and collecting health data from patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Coordinating patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, effective, and timely
• Communicating clearly with patients and team members in person, over the phone, and in writing
• Individualizing patient and family education based on thorough assessments
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness
• Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations

Qualifications

• Associates or BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
• Current nursing license in Illinois
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association
