Registered Nurse - Medical Observation Unit - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse - Medical Pulmonary Unit - Nights Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, gather health data, and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.Develop and coordinate patient care plans to ensure safe, effective, and timely interventions.Communicate clearly and effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Provide individualized patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate and enhance nursing practices.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
