Trinity Oakland Hospital is a 497-bed community teaching hospital and Level II trauma center serving Oakland County. We provide comprehensive care including cardiovascular, stroke, orthopedics, obstetrics, gynecology, and cancer care. This position is on 6 South, a 35-bed medical stepdown unit caring for patients with a variety of medical and neurological diagnoses, some requiring telemetry monitoring. The unit also offers virtual nursing and camera monitoring. It is an excellent starting point for your nursing career and preparation for future specialties.
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- Rotating holidays and weekends
- Night shift
Requirements
- Current Michigan Nursing License (Graduate Nurses invited to apply)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- BSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years
- BLS Certification required
