Seeking a registered nurse for a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) specializing in pediatric critical care.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, metabolic crises, and other life-threatening conditions across all ages
- Work collaboratively in a family-centered ICU environment

Requirements
- BSN required
- At least 1 year of pediatric experience or ICU experience with ventilated patients
- Pediatric experience preferred but not mandatory
- Valid Massachusetts RN licensure
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating day/night shifts
- Every third weekend
Pay
- $10,000 sign-on bonus (excluding internal and recent former employees)
