About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver individualized care in their assigned unit.
• Develop personalized nursing care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
• Administer medications and treatments to ensure effective patient management.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, with specialty experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
