Registered Nurse - Medical ICU Nights

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients.
• Evaluate and improve the quality of care provided by team members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment.
• Maintain patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in the relevant state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
