Registered Nurse - Medical ICU - Days

Position: RN - Medical ICU Location: Naperville, IL Type: Full time, 36 hours/week Hours: 7:00am-7:30pm (day shift) with rotating weekends and holidays Key Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies. Utilize critical thinking to assess patients, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve unit goals.
