Registered Nurse - Medical ICU

About the role

Lead healthcare team by establishing personalized patient relationships, collaborating with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful death. Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey. Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management in accordance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least one year of acute nursing experience
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
