Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group Location: Glenbrook Hospital Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Role Overview: Provide nursing care under the supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians, including phone triage, test result management, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient education, and charting in Epic electronic medical records. Qualifications & Skills Current IL Nursing LicenseGraduate of approved nursing program; ASN minimum, BSN preferredBLS/CPR certification from American Heart AssociationAt least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered nursing servicesRespond to patient messages and coordinate care plansUtilize electronic medical records effectively Additional Information: The role involves some travel and flexible hours to meet operational needs.
