Registered Nurse - Medical Group Neurology

Role: Registered Nurse in a medical group setting, providing clinical care and support under the supervision of physicians and practice managers. Responsibilities include: Delivering nursing care services such as phone triage, test result management, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.Responding to patient messages via electronic health records.Charting patient information accurately in electronic medical records. Qualifications: Current Illinois Nursing License.Graduate of an approved nursing program; ASN required, BSN preferred.BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.At least one year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.
