Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care under the supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians
- Perform phone triage, manage test results, medication refills, and prior authorizations
- Convey care plans, educate, and respond to patient messages via NorthShore Connect
- Chart patient information accurately in Epic electronic medical records
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
- Graduate of an approved nursing school; ASN required, BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in office or hospital setting
