Registered Nurse - Med/Tele Unit - Full Time Nights

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, and emotional needs;
• Develop and implement personalized care plans;
• Carry out purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient satisfaction;
• Support healthcare team leadership;
• Demonstrate Service Excellence and patient-centered care principles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current NV nursing license;
• BLS certification;
• ACLS certification within six months;
• PREFERRED: Experience in acute care.
