About the Role
Full-time night shift position providing safe, competent care with full benefits.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and families' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and cultural needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on nursing knowledge, diagnosis, and co-morbidities.
- Perform purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs.
- Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, emphasizing Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence standards.
Requirements
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- BLS certification; ACLS certification within six months of employment.
- Preferably, one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
