Registered Nurse - Med/Tele Unit - Full Time Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team
• Incorporate patient-centered care principles into daily practice
• Assess patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and cultural needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using nursing expertise
• Perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Current Nevada nursing license
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification within six months of employment
• Preferably one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting
