Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on an 18-bed unit
• Mentor and precept nursing students and support staff
• Ensure adherence to best practices and patient safety

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact license
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion within probation
• ACLS and BLS certifications, or obtain within 90 days
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required for sign-on bonus eligibility
