About the role
Join a dedicated educational unit focused on training future nurses in a specialized Medical Telemetry setting.
Responsibilities
- Act as a preceptor to senior nursing students, guiding them in patient care with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
- Support student learning through oversight and mentorship, with additional clinical rotation preceptors available.
- Contribute to a team passionate about education, patient care, and best practices.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license for the state or valid compact license.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation; ACLS and BLS required within 90 days.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience for sign-on bonus eligibility.
