Join a dedicated nursing team focused on education and patient care Our hospital's Dedicated Education Unit is an 18-bed unit designed to train upcoming nurses in fundamental skills. We seek engaged nurses passionate about education, patient care, and best practices. The unit cares for Medical Telemetry patients with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio (day shift only). Each nurse acts as a preceptor to two senior nursing students, supporting their total patient care, with clinical oversight provided by a preceptor. This role offers an opportunity to impact nursing education and develop leadership skills.
