Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Unit - Part-Time Days

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans integrating direct and indirect patient care activities.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, creating goals, treatment, and discharge plans tailored to patient and family needs.
• Perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs such as pain management, repositioning, and toileting, while maintaining a patient-friendly environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license and BLS certification.
• Preferably one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
