About the Role

Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, offering professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Emphasizes Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence in all duties.

Responsibilities

• Involves patients and families in holistic care assessment.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary treatment, goals, and discharge planning.
• Performs purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and meet patient needs such as pain management, repositioning, and toileting.
• Ensures a patient-friendly environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and holds a current Nevada nursing license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferably has at least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments.
