Registered Nurse - Med/Surg/Overflow - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care across diverse populations. Key Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of practice.Take responsibility and accountability for patient outcomes.Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel in care delivery.Contribute to safety initiatives and enhance patient experience through quality care. Qualifications & Skills Preferred BSN degree; current Illinois Nursing License required.BLS/CPR certification mandatory.Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
