ER at Blue Diamond, an extension of Spring Valley Hospital, is a freestanding emergency department providing 24/7 emergency care for infants, children, and adults. It holds TJC Advanced Certifications in Acute Stroke Ready and Acute Heart Attack Ready.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
- Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Uphold Patient Centered Care as the foundation for all nursing care.
- Oversee and guide employees under your supervision.
- Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- One year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Current PALS Certification (for pediatric patients) or NRP Certification (for neonatal patients) as required by department.
- Other certifications as required by the facility, specialty, or department.
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
