- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care
- Assessing patients and developing care plans
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and evaluating care effectiveness
- Maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Nursing Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
- Preferred: BSN, prior hospital experience, additional certifications, and specialty experience
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform clinical duties requiring reaching and bending
