Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs
• Developing and adjusting individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary teams
• Advocating for patients and ensuring timely, effective treatments
• Administering medications, managing routine procedures, and responding to critical situations such as CPR
• Continuously evaluating patient progress and modifying care plans accordingly

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification
• Minimum one year of acute care experience, with preferred medical-surgical background
