We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a dynamic medical-surgical team dedicated to exceptional patient care and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify care needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to prioritize care and incorporate patient preferences.
• Act as a patient advocate, educating patients, and ensuring timely delivery of treatments.
• Administer medications, perform routine nursing duties, and respond effectively to critical situations.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of acute nursing experience; medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification required.
