Registered Nurse - Med/Surg, Night Shift

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for our Med/Surg department at a Critical Access Hospital. This full-time role involves working 36 hours per week during night shifts (7pm-7am), with rotating weekends and holidays. The nurse will provide coordinated care to Observation, Inpatient, and Swing patients, maintaining a patient/nurse ratio of 5:1. Key responsibilities include: delivering high-quality nursing care, collaborating with therapy teams, and ensuring patient recovery. Qualifications: graduation from an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds, and required certifications such as BLS and ACLS (training provided if needed).
