Registered Nurse - Med Surg Neuro Trauma

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment in a fast-paced hospital setting. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized care plans, delegate and coordinate care, and evaluate patient responses. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, maintain accurate documentation, and promote professionalism. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and a BSN are preferred. Must demonstrate skills in patient care delivery, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork. Unit Details: Work in a Neuro Trauma Med-Surg unit with 32 beds, including ICU step-down, specializing in stroke, head and spinal injuries, and general medical-surgical care.
