Registered Nurse - Med Surg FT

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical care on 5W unit, responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, ensuring adherence to mission, values, and service standards.Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive care.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient rights and confidentiality.Evaluate the quality of care provided by team members. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN, additional certifications, or specialty experience.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
