About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with patients of all age groups in both office and patient care areas.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, ensuring safety and compliance with infection control practices.
- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to PPE protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Handle equipment cleaning and disinfectants appropriately.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current NYS RN license required.
- Preferred certifications include specialty certifications and skills such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC.
- Previous clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care is advantageous.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
Work Environment
Work involves frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting in both office and clinical spaces, often amidst interruptions and exposure to disinfectants. PPE use is mandatory in accordance with infection control policies.
