Responsibilities
- Interpret diagnostic data
- Collaborate with leadership to identify improvement opportunities
- Guide staff during critical situations
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Implement innovative processes to enhance patient outcomes
- Participate in clinical leadership activities such as coaching, staffing, and performance evaluations
- Support continuous learning
- Communicate effectively with care teams

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Computer literacy
- RN licensure
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
Preferred Skills
- ACLS certification
