About the role

Lead patient care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, advocate for patients, execute medical orders, and manage discharge planning in a Medical-Surgical setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adapt individualized care strategies
• Serve as the central contact for healthcare team coordination
• Communicate changes in patient health status
• Ensure safe bedside care
• Prepare patients for discharge

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Kansas Board of Nursing
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure
