About the role
As a Full-Time Registered Nurse in Med/Surg at Southwest Health System, Inc., you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care with efficiency, safety, and courtesy. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care with efficiency, safety, and courtesy.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of nursing procedures to provide tailored care.
- Assess and interpret patient data to identify individual care requirements.
- Recognize symptoms and complications to ensure high-quality interventions.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Associate degree required (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse Licensure within state of Colorado or compact license (Colorado License must be obtained within first 90 days of hire).
- Current BLS certification.
- Current PALS certification within 6 months of hire, 12 months if a new graduate.
- Current ACLS certification within 6 months of hire, 12 months if a new graduate.
- Successful completion of EKG course within 4 months of hire.

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Additional languages preferred.

Pay
Competitive pay range of $31.38/hr to $53.56/hr.
Sign-On Bonus & Student Loan Assistance
- $20K sign-on bonus available with 2+ years of experience.
- $60K student loan repayment/tuition assistance available for all hired RNs.
